David Guyatt - Founder & CEO

Mr. Guyatt has over 20 years experience in turning next generation IT products into successful technology businesses. He is a recognized pioneer in identifying and creating the content security software market, which has grown to be one of the most critical corporate security requirements of the 21st century.

In 1995, Mr. Guyatt co-founded and served as CEO of MIMEsweeper, which became the recognized world leader in content security solutions, enjoying a worldwide market share of over 40% (IDC 2000). With impressive revenue growth over five years, Mr. Guyatt then led and managed a dual-track M&A and IPO process resulting in a $15M private placement for the business in early 2000, followed by an intended London- based IPO in June 2000. Ultimately, the MIMEsweeper business was acquired in October 2000 for $1Bn.

Mr. Guyatt continued to serve as Executive Vice President of Baltimore's MIMEsweeper division until May 2001. In April 2002 he became a non-executive director of Clearswift, when it acquired the MIMEsweeper division from Baltimore Technologies, and he subsequently undertook an interim-CEO role at Clearswift. In March 2005 Mr. Guyatt completed his assignment, having overseen Minesweeper's return to growth and profitability.

During his tenure as Managing Director of the MIMEsweeper product division of Integralis, Mr. Guyatt orchestrated the management buy-out of the MIMEsweeper business to create Content Technologies in 1995. Prior to that he served as the Sales & Marketing Director and Board member of Integralis, overseeing its growth and expansion from a boutique IT training & consultancy business into one of Europe's leading IT security distributors and systems integrators. Mr. Guyatt's vast resume includes sales and marketing manager for Integralis, Sales Manager at Marconi Information Systems and, Sales Manager at Racal Microelectronic Systems. He has co-founded and is a non-executive director of PolicyMatter, TextAnywhere, Menbus and Pubs4U.

Kev Pearce - Technical Director 

Kev Pearce, co-founder, has over 13 years experience in the planning, deployment and management of corporate IT infrastructure projects. His customer experience reaches across multiple industry sectors with over 190 clients including Experian, Allianz, BP, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Homebase, Barclays, HMRC, Vodafone, 3, Thames Water, RBoS, Hants Police, Ukerna, Gala Coral and the Honda Formula One team.

Specialising in the IT security field, he has accrued an unparalleled working knowledge of many of the world's leading IT security vendors, with particular emphasis on the challenges of managing a diverse range of 'best-of-breed' solutions, all of which have their own individual management processes and procedures. It was Kev's experience in such diverse environments that identified the need for the Osirium product.

Kev was previously the Head of Consulting at Integralis, Europe's largest Security Solution Provider, a company he first joined in 1996 as a work placement student from Brunel University. There he managed two technical teams of deployment engineers and a bespoke software development group. Kev has a BEng (Hons) degree in Microelectronics from Brunel University in 1997 and is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds many vendor specific certifications.

Lawrence Klyne - Chief Architect

Mr. Klyne is an industry veteran having been a key architect and "lead" developer for many groundbreaking products and technologies and has worked with David Guyatt since 1993 on various and numerous product developments. For example, Lawrence was the original lead developer for MIMEsweeper in 1995, the company led by David Guyatt which ultimately became the world's leading Content Security product, enjoying a global market share of over 40%.

Mr. Klyne was also the key architect for G5's secure messaging protocol stack & open gateway and a major contributor to the fault tolerant network sub-system for National Air Traffic Services (NATS/LATCC). He subsequently worked on specific versions of the BEAP product range, a Web-based enterprise management solution from Extend Technologies and more recently the core components of "Webbrick Controller" and "Webbrick Gateway" on behalf of Webbrick Systems Ltd's.
