How we get the personal information

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • you have contacted us or registered interest in our products and/or services. This may have been via email, phone, web chat, web form or at an event (physical or virtual)

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide industry news, offers, free tools and advice on managing Privilege in your organisation.

We will not share your information with anyone other than our Partners, and only if you have expressed an interest in one or more of our solutions.

How we store your personal information and why we have it

Your information is securely stored in our Workbooks CRM. We keep your personal information for a maximum of 3 years. We will then dispose your information by securely deleting all records and backups from our systems.

You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
